One of Vesuvio's favorite bartenders and father to Joanna Lioce, a waitress there. Like many of the bar's employees, Tony was also a long-time patron before working as one of its caretakers. He also is among the few barkeeps in town who start their shifts at 6AM when the bar opens, making Tony by default, a keeper of some Vesuvio's most unorthodox stories.
