Thermal Feature Steam by Jason Campbell from the GigaPan Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, Artist Point Overlook, Yellowstone National Park (low res/0.3GP) by Jason Campbell
Yellowstone is covered in geothermal features, and there are a number of steam plumes in Grand Canyon of the Yelllowstone that are not connected with either of the falls, and thus are probably thermals.

Submerged Logs by Jason Campbell from the GigaPan String Lake at Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming (Low res/0.3GP) by Jason Campbell
The waters in Grand Teton are crystal clear, meaning you can see through to features on the bottom of the lakes. These logs are probably 10 feet deep or more, and adjacent Jenny Lake goes down to 250 ft in a gouge carved by glaciers from the nearby peaks.

Hanging Canyon by Jason Campbell from the GigaPan String Lake at Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming (Low res/0.3GP) by Jason Campbell
Hanging Canyon, within which lie Arrowhead Pool, Ramshead lake, and Lakes of the Crags plus a few small glaciers. Or at least so says my map, since I haven't hiked up there myself. It looks like it would be fun though.

Baptism by Jason Campbell from the GigaPan Lincoln Capitol Interior by Randy Sargent
But it looks like a sprinkling font, not an immersion one. And from a denomination that endorses infant baptism. Presumably Catholic or Episcopal based on those observations plus the vestments worn by the minister.

This steep portion of Arkansas 59 is now off limits to all trucks, due to a runaway truck that took our several storefronts about 20 years ago. (see the snapshot to the left, showing the park where those stores once were)

waterfall hole by Jason Campbell from the GigaPan Glory Hole waterfall, dry, near Fallsville, AR by Jason Campbell
This remarkable waterfall in the Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas has cut a hole through the bluff it must have at one time run over. Due to a largely rainless Fall it was dry when I shot this panorama in late November , but normally a torrent flows through the opening into the pool below (now almost dried up).
