Real Salad by Dror Yaron from the GigaPan Persian Dinner by Illah Nourbakhsh
On my last visit to Israel it was harder to come by one of these eating out. American green salad is taking over.
Ironically, one place you could count on finding "Israeli" vegetable salad was McDonald's

Deer Head by Dror Yaron from the GigaPan Carrie Furnace by Dror Yaron
Every Sunday between October 1997 and October 1998 a group of Pittsburgh metal artists snuck into the abandoned Carrie Furnace site, along with their tools and equipment. They used materials found on site to create a 45' tall deer head.
The group - Industrial Arts Collective - is currently working on a large scale sculpture on the former Jones and Laughlin and LTV mill sites, on the South Side of Pittsburgh.
