  1. Pen Hill

Pen Hill by The Gigapanographer Currently Known as "Kilgore661" from the GigaPan 101 Panoramas by The Gigapanographer Currently Known as "Kilgore661"

A useless snapshot in itself. It's here because I wanted to confirm that the tv/radio mast at Pen Hill *is* in this pano - or would be if the sky wasn't so over-exposed.

Where is this bridge? by The Gigapanographer Currently Known as "Kilgore661" from the GigaPan 101 Panoramas by The Gigapanographer Currently Known as "Kilgore661"

Looks like a fairlt signifcant structure with big house behind it, but I can't work out where this place is on a map. The pale rectangular thing just to the right and above looks pretty substantial too, no idea what it is though. Someone please put me out of my misery!

  4. Are these the plane trees of The Circus?

Are these the plane trees of The Circus? by The Gigapanographer Currently Known as "Kilgore661" from the GigaPan 101 Panoramas by The Gigapanographer Currently Known as "Kilgore661"

With reference to the discussion in www.gigapan.org/viewGigapan.php?id=8792&snapshot_id=24585, I think these are the trees. If you look in Google Earth and draw a line from Little Solsbury Hill to St. Swithin's Church (www.gigapan.org/viewGigapan.php?id=8792&snapshot_id=24729), and then extend that line beyond the church you will see that The Circus is only very slightly off the line - to the right when viewed from the Hill. You can also see in GE that on the path from the church to The Circus there is one group of trees to the right of the path (when looking from the church to The Circus), and then nothing until the plane trees of The Circus itself. I think it's clear that this snapshot shows the trees in question, and the snapshot is more-or-less in line with the snapshot of the church.

I think that's what it is anyway. I must go there and take a pano back towards Bath.

I had no idea there was a wind turbine anywhere near Bath until I took this photo. I didn't even notice it while I was taking the photo and still have no idea where it actually is.
