This a shot taken in the late winter/early spring at the Ceder Bluff Reservoir area in Trego County Kansas. It's an area just off to the south of the reservoirs Stilling Basin. I plan to get back out once everything turns green to get another shot of this area.

This is an experimental idea of using the gigapan technology for macro imaging. I've used a piece of Mica Schist, and hopefully this will allow people to get a better understanding of how the crystals form in this rock
