    Unfortunately this tram was greatly over budget and is very polemic for Portland. Tourists will probably enjoy the fantastic views. Any patient with an emergency will be transported by ambulance and not the tram. It does provide quick access to a large parking lot and the street car for people that work on Marquam hill.

    OHSU center for healing at the SW waterfront. They have an open MRI, demonstration kitchen for womens health, family practice, etc. The building has LEED platinum certification and is more energy efficient and does not contain hazordous chemicals like formaldehyde in the carpets or furniture. There is a grey water system and they reclaim energy from the waste water.
