This can happen when two images taken a few seconds apart are stitched.
Not that there are no parallax problems present even though the lens did not rotate about the "nodal point". Nodal point obsession is highly overrated. It is seldom actually necessary to get the axis of rotation through the nodal point.

One night after the club closed, a bouncer and one of the strippers were crushed to death when the switch for a hydraulic lift was accidentally flipped and the piano they were enamorously engaged upon rose to the ceiling.
