    The original cast used to rehearse in the old (and sorely missed) Skibo Hall - the fromer student union.
    I saw the play in San Francisco in about 1974, and recognized nearly 1/2 of the cast.

    The Spathe is the large bract (envelopinig leaf) that protects the young infloresence (flower spike). The flower spike has hundreds of tiny, individual flowers. This anatomical structure is present in the arum family (Araceae), that includes Philodendron, Anthurium, Spathiphyllum, Dieffenbachia, Colocasia (taro/kalo), and Alocasia (`ape).
