Due to frequent upstream (1/3 mile) dam releases, the water level fluctuates between a low flow of 125 CFS and, under normal conditions, 6501200 CFS when water is released. The flow level when this picture was taken was around 125 CFS. Color zones on this rock indicate how high the water commonly gets.
