Currently I'm making panos with a tripod and a 70-200 lens on the Canon 5D and stitching in CS3.
My collection includes a lot of 120 size panos taken with a Kodak panoramic camera. Some are vernacular and a few are commercial. I also have a set of 13 large format panoramas of the aftermath of the St. Francis Dam Disaster of 1928. See www.damdisaster.com
