Miyukigahara is a small valley between the two peaks of Nyotai-san and Nantai-san. The two peaks are both clearly visible from Miyukigahara, as is the Kanto plain below the mountain. There are also several small restaurants and gift shops in Miyukigahara.

View from the top of Mount Tsukuba. Tsukuba-san has two peaks, Nyotai-san (877m) and Nantai-san (871m). This view is from the top of Nyotai-san, looking roughly southwest over the Kanto plain. Nantai-san is visible on the right.
