One for the geology buffs - white limestone sheets folded vertically. Also a favourite with climbers, though they were finishing for lunch as we arrived to gigapan it from Lydstep Point. Skrinkle Haven beyond this is the subject of another gigapan - taken from Whitesheet Rock... See also gigapan.org/gigapans/515...

Church Rock across Broad Haven Beach. Reached from the "Fish Ponds" at Bosherston (see gigapan.org/gigapans/51527 and). The near water is a disconnected pond (from Monday's huge rain?) which nicely leads the viewer towards Church Rock. Pentax Kx 200 f4

Tenby Harbour shot from the sands in front of it (with the tide suitably low). One of a sequence of Tenby gigapans. gigapan.org/gigapans/51436 and gigapan.org/gigapans/51487/ Pentax Kx 200 f4

View north from Lydstep point - from left to right: Proud Giltar, Frank's Shore, Valleyfield Top and at the extreme right Giltar Point. Penally is most of the houses and the Fort St Catherine on St Catherine's Island at Tenby can be seen over the promontory. Pentax Kx plus A 200 f4

Shot from North Beach, high up (there are some stairs - I've got a panorama from half way up). Gosker rock in the foreground, Albert memorial on Castle Hill (at the left), two lifeboat stations, boats, coloured houses - what more can you want in a gigapan? Well, wait 'til you see the other Tenby shots! gig

The weather was rather cloudy when we visited Manorbier, so photographs aren't as attractive - but the complexity of the red sandstone features (with the odd bit of limestone) is quite arresting. (Are geology buffs also going to be interested in it?) See also gigapan.org/gigapans/51595/ Gigapan stitch made a...

Stackpole Quay itself - related to Pembrokeshire pictures generally. This shot is focussed better on the closer things - impossible depth of field needed to deal with it, really - so its a bit blurrier than I'd have liked on things like the tea shop/ice cream parlour (top right) where we had Cowpots ice creams after vi...

The view of the bay outside Stackpole Quay (as we came back from the walk to Barafundle bay gigapan.org/gigapans/51265/ ) - Stackpole Quay itself is on the left (the big rock which can be seen is in the next bay along - gigapan.org/gigapans/51254/ ), the view is going north east up the Pembroke coast: Man...
