This photo is taken from the middle of the Vermilion Cliffs National Monument on the Two Mile Ranch, which is managed by the Grand Canyon Trust. Ten Budding Botanist volunteers braved the sandy, rugged roads of the Paria Plateau in order to document the native plant species diversity of the monument.
