Still frozen in early April, Abraham Lake reservoir on the North Saskatchewan River is surrounded by majesctic snow-capped peaks. The sharp pointed peak on the left was named after the Right Hon. Roland Michener who served as Canada's Governor General.

A restitched version of my previous GigaPan using the newest stitching software, which allows for image tone adjustment and colour correction. This is the oldest pine tree in Canada which grows on the bare rock on the banks of the North Saskatchewan River upstream of Abraham Lake near the David Thompson Highway.
