This is the same subject as the previous two GigaPans, but this time I used a Canon Powershot SX130 IS with a smaller field of view. It yielded a much finer picture although it was so large that I could only shoot half of the garden with the battery life that I had for the camera.

My second attempt at GigaPan. I took a similar photo to my first attempt (Field House Garden), but changed the focus and exposure settings (i.e. I did not have them locked the first time...oops!). The lighting is a bit more consistent this time. This is the backyard garden at our field house in Barranca, Peru.

Apricots are the first trees to bloom, followed by cherries in the lush southern Okanagana Valley in BC. This spring has been cooler than normal in the Okanagan.

There are very few places in Alberta where you can view the landscape from a high point. Just east of Smoky Lake there is a small hill on which there is a transmission tower. The hill is about 70 meters above the surrounding land.
