Only 24shots taken hand held on my 5D. The visibility was so good that I couldn't let it pass. Stupidly shot it with auto exposure on my Canon 5D with 300mm lens hand held hence the patchiness. Vis was great so I had to shoot the scene again. Se more of my gigapans by searching krbristol rodgopan

Around 200 shots taken on my Canon SX1 manual settings hence the burnout ...

This was a difficult Gigapan to get right. Only 14 x 12 pictures 168 taken on my Canon Sx1. I had much difficulty with road traffic (buses etc) obscuring the building as the road is extremely busy, but with many images "placed" in the shot using Photoshop after stitching, it seems to have worked. This is the view I have when I exercise at the Blomeyer Health and Fitness Center of Emory University, looking south down what some administrative types like to as the "Clifton Road Research Corridor." I get particularly excited when a helicopter lands atop one of the two hospitals - can you find the two hel...

Enjoy the glorious autumn tree colours in the Avon Gorge where Clifton Bridge spans the river Avon and connects the City of Bristol to Leigh Woods in Somerset. It was designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel and completed after his death in 1864. He won a competition to design a bridge here, but because the powers that be d...

As part of our 2010 Three Flags Classic Tour motorcycle ride from Canada to Mexico, stopping at the south end of Highway 191, the Coronado Trail, or Devil's Highway 666, in Arizona, I took a zoomed in view of the open pit copper mine. Panoramic made with Microsoft Image Composite Editor; photos taken with beat up Canon...
