  9. This is a closer-up view of the Rankin Bridge near Pittsburgh. It's scheduled for rehabilitation in March 2008. It really needs fixed, as we say. See if can find any places in the structure that the engineers will say have to be replaced. Snapshot it, compare with the actual job in a later gigapanorama.
