A pretty wide sweep just northeast of Pine, Arizona, looking south. The trail is actually pretty straight across the spot I am centered out, but the arc makes it look like it bends back on itself. Shifting clouds made the middle portion hazier colors.

This is a site in southeastern Arizona that is being treated to remove mesquite that has invaded this former grassland. The treatments include aerially applied chemicals that are being tested through a cooperative project including the rancher, the University of Arizona, and Dow Chemical.

Under the brightest sun of July, one of the amazing scenic stops driving inside Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park. I don't know why is so attractive this place, but it is so. From left side is comming a storm of rain that disturbed that afternoon.
