  3. The Canon G1 X does an amazing job of showing the St. Anthony Falls area of the Mississippi River in dim light. The images were made at 1/50 second at ISO 3200.

  4. This is a test using my beloved Raynox DCR-1540 auxiliary telephoto lens in a homemade mount with my Canon G1 X. The Canon's built-in zoom lens, with a 35mm equivalent maximum telephoto of 112mm, is a little short for my use. With the auxiliary lens, its equivalent focal length is 172.5mm.
