This is a test using my beloved Raynox DCR-1540 auxiliary telephoto lens in a homemade mount with my Canon G1 X. The Canon's built-in zoom lens, with a 35mm equivalent maximum telephoto of 112mm, is a little short for my use. With the auxiliary lens, its equivalent focal length is 172.5mm.
