  2. A quick hike to the top of the knoll about 350 feet above the Athabasca River gives this vista. I happened to do two pans, this one with a young couple taking in the view. Jasper townsite is about 2km from the camera. The trail is somewhat steep but quite negotiable.

  4. I would like to have gotten here a bit earlier in the day, but I got sidetracked shooting a huge GigaPan at Bear Mountain (forthcoming). You might think Navy was the biggest rival of the Cadets, but the evidence on one of these rooftops suggests otherwise...
