Sunset looking over Half Dome and Clouds Rest as seen from Olmstead Point. I sat there for about 20 minutes for the light to reach this color. Not wanting to wait much longer and have Half Dome go into shadow, I decided to shoot. It was a fun way to watch the sun go down.

A view from Toulumne Meadows -- summer time. Cars in the background and people on the trails almost took away from the shot -- but the deer in the foreground makes up for it. Unicorn Peak and Cathedral Spire in the background make for a great subject matter.
