Kayaköy is a village with decayed houses where Greeks were used to live up to the population exchange in 1922.

This bay had very cold water at the 21th of July 09 (about 16°), while all other bays around Bodrum have 24° and 26° warm water. Perhaps there is an underground source which explains this phenomenon?
