  6. The Golden Gate Bridge and the city of San Francisco, as seen from the Marin Headlands.

  7. The Bixby Creek Bridge is one of a number along the Pacific Coast Highway in the Big Sur region that were completed in 1932. The drive is a spectacular one, if you ever have the opportunity to take it.

  8. Midday or early afternoon is really the optimal time to GigaPan this spot, but I was passing through in the morning. View to the northwest...

  9. ... as seen on May 28, 2010. A familiar sight to almost everyone who's been down Racetrack Valley to see the Racing Rocks. Also, even though it's a little less geological than the other GigaPans in the Death Valley NP Geology gallery, I just couldn't resist including it.

  10. Flora, for the botanists out there... Autofocus and full auto exposure on the camera, violating all the rules of good GigaPanning. This is what passes as an "artistic" shot for me.
