I went around on Sunday, or maybe it was Monday...who knows, and took Gigapans. A DPW worker with a bullhorn was saing things like "I've been here for a month and I've got one more month to go. I can't leave until its all gone" and "Thank you from the bottom of my black charcoal heart."
