  5. This site is located just above the Meadow River Community Park (Rupert/Rainelle WV). Arthropod samples were collected for identification, and gigapan was used for habitat assessment. In the park across the road, we planted an experimental plot of hybrid American Chestnuts for future monitoring.

  6. The famous Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel in Banff, Alberta. A very busy place in winter with thousands of skiers, tourists taking advantage of the mild winter this year. The hotel is also a testament to the stonemason's craft. Many of the rich and famous have stayed here.

  7. My second GigaPan. I managed to accidently have the camera set to shutter priority rather than manual, so it isn't quite as good as it could be. All in all not bad for the second attempt though!
