  3. The Barron river rises in the Atherton Tablelands to the west of Cairns in Queensland. It falls off the tablelands here at Barron Falls next to Kuranda. In the wet season, this falls is raging, This picture was taken in the dry / winter season, so only a reasonable "trickle" was coming down the slope.
