This is one of a series of photos I took of the shrimp boats in Brunswick, Georgia. I wanted to see how the Gigapan treated a scene with all the lines that had to be blended. The challenge seems to be shooting up at a high angle.

"Hangang" means Han bank park- there are Hangangs, in multiples, on both sides of the river bank. This happens to be one closest to the Olympic stadium and is very serene, just below and out of sight of the traffic and bustle of the 15 million strong city.

This is a pan taken at Lock and Dam #14 on the Mississippi while a crowd gathered to shoot Bald Eagles. There were 80 shots taken by a Canon G10 at full zoom (90mm) Explore the shot and you might find an eagle here or there. You will definately find a flock of pelicans migrating through the scene

Shot on a beautiful February day in 2010 from the north side of the Narrows. The Tacoma Narrows Bridge is a pair of mile-long suspension bridges in the U.S. state of Washington, which carry State Route 16 across the Tacoma Narrows between Tacoma and the Kitsap Peninsula. They replaced a bridge that was opened to traffi...

$7 Entry fee to the park, nice park with a campground. Keep off the rocks. Saw dolphins, stingrays and a small sea turtle while this one was getting shot. Messed up due to the ISO being set to 400 which really lowered the quality.

No water shortage here. Saguaro Lake is at the 98% full level and boaters love it. All reservoirs on the Salt River are full. Yellow-flowered brittle bush plants cover the ground between the saguaros. After all, this IS a National Forest. This is my largest pano yet, taken with a Gigapan EPIC and a modified bracket ...
