This is a vista point about 40 minutes hiking up the Fernkloof Nature Reserve in the West Cape, South Africa. This nature reserve has stunning biodiversity and, in fact, this part of the Cape is its own world biome, replicated nowhere else on earth in terms of plant life. Truly stunning.

Bosua Mountain Pass in Namibia en route to Windhoek. Parts of this pass were so steep the car couldn't go past 5 km/h when the accelerator was floored to the ground. Like most roads in Namibia, this one was not paved. Location: S 22.67509 E 16.04645
