This image was taken at the midpoint of the Hardwood Ridge Trail in Oglebay Park, Wheeling WV. The trail runs directly below a 4H camp, and is less than a mile from the lodge at Oglebay resort. I chose the area because there was a high diversity of both plants and fungi. I have not found any animals in the gigapan yet, but there is evedince of quite a few birds and mammals throughout the image.
