I hate to burst your bubble, but this area is nowhere near the continental divide, which is some 50 to 60 miles to the southwest. This is the Clarks Fork Canyon, as seen from the Chief Joseph Scenic Highway: Wyo-296. The river that cut this canyon is the Clarks Fork of the Yellowstone, and flows into the Yellowstone near Laurel, Montana.
