In the spring of 2011 crocus bulbs were planted to commemorate the sudden death of Jee Choi. WeanDoh is a special place; an urban alley, a forgotten space 'between' buildings, Wean Hall and Doherty Hall. When the EcoArt woods were lost to the Doherty Hall Phase II renovation, the WeanDoh site became an alternative. Over the years EcoArt and Environmental Sculpture classes have terraced the steep terrain, testing a variety of techniques to control soil erosion, plus planting a variety of shade tolerant plants since the site receives very little direct sunlite. The space is only accessible out the rear door of the ceramics area, therefore the space is not often inhabited by humans so the site is a favored Pigeon habitat.
