GigaPan Beta + Sony DSC-H7

My first pano ever, taken with a tripod but no robot. Clearly I didn't understand the importance of having the tripod as level as possible. I could of course crop the image but then it would be too small to upload.

Still, not bad for beginner's luck :-)

Update: I have progressed a little since I took this in August 2008. Check this out: share.gigapan.org/viewGigapan.php?id=20850&snapshot_id=63888.

I am indebted to you aam50. I will rename the pano accordingly. (And yes, it's a fine place to while away a Summer's evening.)

Really nice panorama. I should point out though (as a resident of Saltford!) that the pub is hidden behind the yacht club on the left. The Jolly Sailor - a fine establishment! I really like the cloud formations as well - and don't mind that the image is angled - it adds a certain something.

Cloud alignment is cool... if you could paint as good as you take panos, the National Gallery would seek a visit with you.
