Huch'uy Rimaqpampa, which translates from Quechua as the "small speaker field", in Inca times a place where public issues were aired. The stone on the plinth is a carving of a giant puma footprint; a local man told me it was unearthed a few years ago in the main Plaza de Armas. This small plaza is situated at the intersection of Zetas and San Augustin. Photographed 22nd Oct 2011, at around 2.10pm. Compare same gigapan shot at night:
