Het Stadhuis van Dordrecht is een stadhuis in de Zuid-Hollandse plaats Dordrecht en werd in 1383 door Vlaamse kooplieden gebouwd. Zij gebruikten het gebouw als markthal voor handel in lakense stoffen.
Sinds 1544 is het gebouw in gebruik door de bestuurders van de stad. Het plein voor het stadhuis werd in 1679 aangelegd; de gevel en trap met leeuwen dateren uit de 19e eeuw.
