Bath reached 29.9°C (85.8°F) in October this year - a record. I decided to go out and record the event.
This is the obelisk in Victoria Park. Shot taken by popular request.

Based on the BBC weather page, you are having or will soon have daytime temp of 14 °C and 9°C at night. Maybe in another 51 weeks you will have another Indian Summer.

Once again the aptness of your comments is remarkable. On the day I was taking these photos with Cmlbath for company, he asked me what an Indian Summer was and in particular why it was so warm.

You have done well by the GigaPan title, Indian Summer, which is an exact description of this recent occurrence. Wikipedia's link, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indian_summe r
has
an recent BBC external article link explaining to
the world what an Indian Summer is ... it is
unfortunate that the BBC did not know about your
wonderful GigaPans.

Thanks for the GigaPan ... to my eye, this is one of the more amazing vistas in Bath. And seeing blue sky is pretty incredible too.
