The Huntington Museum of Art has been a place of culture and beauty for Western West Virginia for over 50 years. Displays of local glass, firearms and other art in the permanent exhibits are available as well as traveling exhibits. A conservatory has a wide variety of common and exotic plants for the visitors to see. Many classes and workshops are available to the community as well.
Around the museum are more than 40 acres of trails through the natural woodland habitat. A well marked interpretative trail over a mile in length guides visitors through the area’s natural beauty. Natural camps and workshops are scheduled in the area to take advantage of the educational opportunities of the trails.
