This is a roadcut in marble opposite another I'm uploading. The more geologically interesting features are in the other roadcut, but because of the poor lighting on it you probably won't be able to make them out. I shot this small GigaPan just to remind myself that shooting a roadcut in uniform shadow yields more detail than a highly contrasted partially sunlit exposure. At least, that's my working hypothesis. See if you can find something geologically interesting here to prove my point.
