- Description
-
After the Fraser River leaves Moose Lake beside the Yellowhead Highway, it enters some steep canyons and rapids on it's 800 mile journey to the Pacific coast at Vancouver. Here at Overlander Falls it drops over a precipice about 20 feet high. The salmon can't make it this far, and are only able to reach Rearguard Falls about 14 km downstream from here.
