A beautiful stand of Trembling Aspen between Patricia and Pyramid Lakes. In this capture, I wanted to show the sunlight on the trees but it presents a problem with the high contrast...some of the sunlit spots are overexposed. So, I waited for the clouds to move in and did another capture with the softer lighting. Between the trees are Buffalo Berries which is a major food source for the bears that frequent this area.
