- Description

Part of a continuing series.
This is the view from the Brooklyn Promenade, a famous walk in Brooklyn that has been used in many films. Historically, George Washington had his headquarters here (slightly different view back then) during the fight for New York, and it remains a beautiful place to visit to get a feel for the city. I chose to include two icons in this one: on the far right the Statue of Liberty, on the far right, the Empire State Building.
The exposure variance reflects changing lighting conditions and will be corrected in a later version of this gigapan.
Technical info: Gigapan Pro, Olympus E30, Olympus Digital Zuiko 70-300 lens, 1/1250th s @f6.3, ISO 200.
