    tnp651 - I'm afraid you are not completely correct. This group is not seeking to reverse any wilderness designations. They do however feel that the restrictive nature of Wilderness is not good for the state of Utah, because it locks up the land rather than protecting it. You are right however in the respect that they would not support the Red Rock Wilderness bill or some of the other wilderness legislation that some special interest groups have created in order to create more wilderness. There are places that are worthy of protecting, but there are better ways to go about it than wilderness designation.

    The purpose of the movement is to allow motorized vehicles in wilderness areas, where they are now banned.
