Description

This panorama shows the impact of pine needle scale on the Red Pines of the Quabbin Reservoir forest in one location as of July 2011. This is a view of Little Quabbin Island taken from about 1000 feet away, from the road that goes into the Reservoir at the end of Gate 52, inside Quabbin Park.
