Description

View of the town of Iñapari in the district of Tahuamanu, Department of Madre de Dios, Peru.
Iñapari is located at the border with Brazil, next to the town of Assis Brasil and 240 km away of the town of Puerto Maldonado. It is also the Customs, Point-of-Entry and bordertown on the Interoceanic Highway linking the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic. Iñapari can be reached by traveling 3 hours by car from Puerto Maldonado on the recently paved Interoceanic Highway.
