Nikon D700- Epic Pro

This Pano was taken from Toronto Center Island. I still have to deal with a few issues due to lack of experience. My biggest challenges were.
I started to shoot just after sunset and by the time the shoot was over (70 minutes long) sky was getting darker. As result I ended up with half of my pano with much darker sky and need to do a lot of post work.
I shot this pano using row-down method combined with a 5 second exposure time. I think this contributed to the glitches in the CN tower (due to wind sway, I think).
My tripod was shifted a bit during the shoot as it was sitting on a muddy, sandy surface.
