Description

These Crooked Trees ( Populus Tremuloides Michx ) have been observed growing near Mayfair , Saskatchewan since the 1940's. Speculation as to why these trees grow this way has ranged from Flying Saucers to the chemistry of the soil. Most likely it is a rare genetic mutation found nowhere else. Nominated as one of Canada's 7 natural wonders the Crooked Bush placed in the top 54.
