The old Hwy 80 and Railroad Bridge in the foreground is used only by the railroad these days. It is closed to vehicular traffic, and it is opened only occasionally for over-the-river-marathon-runs. The main artery of traffic flows over the I-20 bridge in the background. The structure in the far left of the shot is part of the grounds of Ameristar Casino. There is usually quite a bit of barge traffic in this area. This is a quick, first test of my new Epic Pro Gigapan Unit.
