Description

A view over Ramsay Bay and the northern end of Hinchinbrook Island from Nina Peak. Hinchinbrook Island is a very large island national park in thr Australian tropics. The Thorsborne Trail on the east coast is one of the greatest backpacking trips in Australia, about 37 km long, following the coast through unspoiled beaches, rainforest, and wetlands. The northern end of the trail is about 1 km from the southern end of Ramsay Bay. The beach at Ramsay Bay is about 8 km (ca 5+ miles) long.
