Corvettes Memorial
A Memorial to all those who served in Corvettes and to those who lost their life in so doing during World War II.

Monument Hill has been a popular lookout over Fremantle since the early days of British Colonisation. In the second half on the 19th century, an obelisk at the hills summit provided a trig point to navigators and surveyors. The hill was then known as 'Obelisk Hill'. Early in the 20th century this place was made a park and continued as a lookout and beauty spot popular among the locals and visitors.
