Iwate Pref. Ootsuchi-cho is one the that suffered the biggest damage in the earthquake in this time.
Occurring even the fire after the tsunami of the height of 10 or more m the town received the shock of demolition.
At present it is 6680 people of 15,256 people out of population, that the survivor is confirmed and the remainder is a missing person.
