The new pedestrian bridge YPSILON, designed by architect Arne Eggen, recently received honourable mention at The State building award ceremony 2008, and is among the winners of the ECCS Award for steel bridges 2008.
The jury calls the bridge "elegant" and continues: "it is something as rare as an architectural masterpiece that embodies and symbolizes the urban metamorphosis of Drammen in a simple, but challenging form".

Yes, I can see that. The image was right in GoogleEarth before, and it still have the right position, so I don't know what could be wrong.

I just tried to look at this gigapan in Google Earth and I think there is something wrong with the orientation - it looks like a a black hole with a tiny fragment of your gigapan.
